Pennco Homes Inc.
Pennco Homes Incorporated was founded in 2006 bringing together the experience of Bernie Penner, Professional Engineer and principal of Pennco Engineering Ltd., and local building trades within the Central Kootenay region of British Columbia. Mr. Penner first became involved in home construction during the early 1990’s in the Greater Vancouver area of British Columbia. Upon moving to the Nelson area in 1995, his home construction activity was set aside to focus on establishing a solid engineering company. With the continued involvement of Pennco Engineering in the construction business, the need for a quality construction company became more apparent. In 2005, Mr. Penner searched for the essential resources to create an exceptional home construction company and in 2006 formed Pennco Homes.
